At Crust Bikes, we want to ensure you are stoked on your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused components, frames, and apparel in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been built or ridden are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure all tags and manuals are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
