How long does it take for my bike or frame to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Complete bike builds may take up to 2 weeks for professional assembly and safety checks before being crated for shipment.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship frames and components worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the size of the parcel.
What is your return policy on bicycle frames?
Framesets can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in brand-new condition and have not been built up. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your steel frames treated for rust prevention?
Our frames feature an internal ED coating to help prevent corrosion, but we always recommend applying a supplemental frame-saver treatment if you live in a wet or coastal climate.
Can I visit a physical showroom to test ride a bike?
While we are primarily an e-commerce store, we have a select network of partner bike shops globally. Please check our 'Stockists' page to see if there is a location near you with a demo model.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Crust frames for the original owner. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or unauthorized modifications.
