20" Stupid Tourist Wheelsets
Little 20" Dynamo Wheelsets for both the Rim and Disc Brake Stupid Tourist! It's not exactly the easiest thing to find an off-the-shelf, geared, 20", dynamo front hub wheelset, so we got these in. This is a super solid, affordable option to get your Tourist rolling. They use bmx style boxy single wall rims, which at this diameter is plenty strong, but unfortunately means they are not tubeless compatible (Unless you want to do some heavy taping and experimenting, which ya know...go for it, you'll probably be fine). The dynamo hub in the Rim Brake set is a Shutter Precision SV-8 Dynamo, while the Disc Brake set uses a 6-Bolt rotor mount Shutter Precision PD-7. Both come with the dynamo wire connectors included. The Rim Brake rear wheel features a Sheriff Star style hub body with a Shimano drive, 12 speed compatible driver. The Disc Brake rear wheel comes with a 6-Bolt rotor mount hub with a Shimano drive, 12 speed compatible driver. The driver in each rear hub has 3 pawls with 3 teeth each that provide a nice, crisp engagement.
Rim brake wheelset comes with Skewers. Both wheelsets come with rim strips.
